In the framework of operational urban planning and land development transactions, we provide counsel to spatial planners, developers and more generally to investors in choices of operational strategies and regarding negotiations, with public partners, of documentation related to the planning and legal organization of complex real estate asset, with French and foreign clients. Among our clients are real estate investment companies, promoters, banks and credit institutions, companies specialized in development and construction or local public authorities.

This competence extends to the audit and consultation of Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects, including regular monitoring of reforms in the concerned field, such as the reform of building permits and planning permission (Order No. 2005-1527 of 8 December 2005) and the reform of commercial operation authorizations (Law No. 2008-776 of 4 August 2008, articles 100 and following).
