After having lead the Real Estate group within the Paris office of Freshfields for six years as a lawyer, Didier Lasaygues founded in 1997 the SELARL Didier Lasaygues Notaire Associé.

The partnership between our firm and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer lasted more than ten years (1997-2007). This decade of direct collaboration with a law firm has given Lasaygues & Associés Notary Office the benefit of a valuable experience in the Parisian and French marketplace and makes our firm an essential partner in the implementation of multidisciplinary teams with lawyers.

Since its creation, Lasaygues & Associés Notary Office has grown steadily, constantly improving the efficiency of the services it provides to its clients, particularly in the field of acquisition/transfer of property, acquisition/transfer of property companies, and in the field of urban planning, development, construction and promotion.

Since the arrival of Hubert de Vaulgrenant in 2003, Lasaygues & Associés Notary Office has been able to consolidate its position and strengthen its activities, particularly in the fields of complex real estate transactions structuring, real estate financing, Islamic financing, and in operations concerning renewable energy projects.

Naturally, Lasaygues & Associés Notary Office is active in all areas of law for which its capacity as a public officer is required.
